A fiery match up today between the UNB Saint John Seawolves and the Crandall University Chargers in ACAA Volleyball action!

Both teams went head to head but there could only be one winner. The Seawolves came out strong and set the tone by taking the first set, 16 - 25. The Chargers put up a fight but the Seawolves stood their ground and took the second set 23 - 25. Crandall responded by taking the third and fourth sets 25 - 19, 25 - 19, they fought hard and didn't let up. Starting outside hitter for the Chargers, Janelle Blanchette made a huge impact with 11 kills, 17 digs and one service ace and Hailey Legacy added 8 kills for the match. For the Seawolves, Dominique Gendron  and Emily Robichaud had stellar performances, collectively adding 30.5 points to the match. Dominique added 11 kills, 14 digs and four service aces and Emily added 10 kills, 15 digs and 5 service aces.

It could have been anyone's game but the Seawolves came out on top in the fifth with a score of 10 - 15, giving the Seawolves a win of three sets to two over the Crandall Chargers.
