Tommies Dominate Chargers in Think Pink Game
Fredericton, NB -  STU Tommies put on a commanding performance, securing a resounding 88-40 victory over Crandall Chargers in a Think Pink game.
 
From the opening tip-off, the Tommies asserted their authority, establishing an impressive 36-10 lead in the first quarter. Their relentless offensive pressure, combined with stifling defense, left the Chargers struggling to keep pace.
 
The second quarter saw no let-up from the Tommies, as they continued to pour on the points, heading into halftime with a commanding 56-23 lead. The Tommies sharpshooting from beyond the arc, evidenced by numerous triples, proved to be a decisive factor in their dominance.
 
As the game progressed into the third quarter, the Tommies showed no signs of slowing down, extending their lead to 76-29. The Chargers offense faltered under the relentless defensive pressure applied by the Tommies, managing to score just 6 points in the quarter.
 
Tommies maintained their momentum in the fourth quarter to clinch a resounding 88-40 victory on home court. The Tommies impressive performance was highlighted by their 16 triples, showcasing their offensive versatility.
 
Leading the charge for the Tommies were Celine Sterckel and Paige Leblanc, who each contributed 20 points, while Kylee Balser led the Chargers with 16 points.
