MONCTON, NB - The Crandall Chargers Men's Soccer team continues to add depth to the roster with the addition of Evan Aylward (Summerside, PE).
Aylward is a 5'11" Central Midfielder that comes to the team by way of Three Oaks Senior High and Summerside United Soccer Club of Summerside, Prince Edward Island. During his senior year as team captain, Aylward led Three Oaks in assists en route to being named the recipient of the Leadership Award.
"My goal as a first-year player is to improve in every area of my game, especially my confidence on the ball. I'll have more resources to help me improve than I do at home and I plan on taking full advantage of that." Said Aylward when asked what his aspirations are for his rookie season. "I know that improvement in anything isn't something that happens overnight and I'm willing to work to become a better version of myself on and off the field."
Alyward is enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts English program at Crandall University, beginning his studies in September.
