Coach LeBlanc was born and raised in Riverview, NB and was a nationally competitive hurdler before turning to coaching. Prior to becoming Head Coach in 2019, Brandon served one year as an Assistant Coach. In addition to varsity coaching, he coaches provincial youth development programs and serves as an Assistant Coach at Moncton-based high performance club Athlétisme Sud-Est / South-East Athletics (ASEA).
In the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, he was named the ACAA Cross Country Coach of the Year.
