The 2023-2024 season will be Coach West's first as head coach of the Crandall Chargers who are also entering their inaugural season.  

A native of Moncton, N.B., West has been coaching for the last 15 years and brings a wealth of coaching experience at all levels including high school, club and N.B. provincial teams. West led the 2021 NB Team at the last Canada Games in Niagara. 

West was a student-athlete at St. Thomas University where he was part of three teams that earned spots at CCAA Nationals. West was also ACAA Rookie of the Year and a three-time all-star while competing for the Tommies. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Thomas University, a Bachelor of Education Degree from Crandall University and is an NCCP Performance certified coach.
