Chargers Women’s Volleyball sign Laura Bourque

MONCTON, NB - Laura Bourque (Fredericton, NB) has officially committed to the Crandall Chargers Women’s Volleyball team.

 

The 5’8” Outside hitter will join the roster after graduating from Fredericton Highschool. Bourque has honed her skills while playing with the Spartans Volleyball Club based in Fredericton, which is ranked as the second best 18U club in the province.

 

Bourque is set to begin her studies in the Bachelor’s of Art program, majoring in Kinesiology this September at Crandall University. When asked what prompted her decision to commit to the school, this is what Bourque had to say. “I chose Crandall because of the atmosphere and location of the school. The volleyball team has amazing chemistry and I can’t wait to be a part of that!”
